Experience:

15+ years of experience.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Customer facing sales, pre-sales & presentation experience including to CxO level.
A high level of attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously when required but also provides valuable team contributions as needed.
Good understanding of estimation, various pricing models and commercial aspects.
Proactively involved in organisation building.

Responsibilities: Sales Run sales operations. Achieve set targets. Existing account mining. Ability to understand the business dynamics and the revenue generation strategies. Pre-sales Own and contribute to proposals, statement of work and RFP's. Lead pre-sales activities. Ability to deliver presentations at C-level. Team Management Proficiency in team management. Take appropriate account related decisions. Analysing various types of risks and mitigation for the project's success. Partner Management Build and manage partnership with leading integration companies like MuleSoft and big data companies like Hortonworks. Identifying new trends and partnerships in the industry. Account Management Ensure all stakeholders within the company, external partners and client organisations are managed. Be in constant touch with the customers and review the services provided. Providing overall direction to the project teams. Responsible for administrative activities related to the projects. Business Operations Own and monitor resource utilisation and billability. Review and manage team holidays. Overall accountability of budgeting, costs and profit of the projects. People capability development / trainings towards achieving project goals. Reporting portfolio status to the senior management. Identify and prioritise areas of improvement. Office Administration Work with CXO to establish and run Australia office. Manage local assets like team laptops, phones etc. Manage local vendors for office supplies. Travel This role is based out of home / client's Sydney office, but needs travel around Australia and New Zealand to take care of the customers, prospects and partners.
